lose the text reflections, they look cheap, and are of no good to the rest of your layout and style, try instead either 0px bevel to them, or leave then plain maybe, with a slight 1px indent round rectangle for the button under each ;)

bg is sex though ;)

its not really bad but the size is too big. i mean the .png images like the header or the background. You should slice into an 2x400 pxl bg.

Looks like a good start. In my opinion, you should get rid of the reflections.
